We are losing too many of our brothers, fathers, and sons to preventable or manageable health conditions. That is the truth, and it is the reason this podcast exists.
I started The Black Men’s Health Check because I believe that knowledge is power — and that when we take our health seriously, we are not just investing in ourselves, we are investing in our families, our communities, and the next generation.
